王博：（1）The relative low carbon fixation in this study is mainly due to a large seasonal variation in Amundsen Sea; （2）The influencing mechanism of sea-ice meltwater and glacier meltwater in the Southern Ocean are different. Sea-ice meltwater promotes the biological uptake of iron by phytoplankton in Amundsen Sea; （3）The smaller phytoplankton responded more obviously to the to sea-ice meltwater input. Fe enrichment would change the sizes composition of the phytoplankton
